DESCRIPTION:Currently studying music in Berlin\, ANNALEA DOROTHEE continues to explore her creative playground\, using the vibrant city as a muse.\n\n\nBAR BOBU proudly presents live on stage: \nANNALEA DOROTHEE \npre-release show \nfeat. special guest ALEXANDRA KESSLER \n \ndoors: 19 h \ndonation based \nyou can reserve free tickets here to make sure you get in but we do kindly ask for a donation at the door \n \n \nBased in Berlin\, singer-songwriter ANNALEA DOROTHEE was born in Germany and raised between farmland\, forests\, and the Dutch border. Enchanted by music from an early age\, she developed a deep love for classical music and jazz through her home environment. Her musical journey began with several opera productions\, including Bizet’s „Carmen“ and Massenet’s „Werther\,“ complemented by voice and foundational acting training at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein. This experience helped her discover her unique voice during her youth. \nDrawing inspiration from her own experiences and the people who surround her\, ANNALEA DOROTHEE seeks to create a safe space for all those stranded souls who tend to get lost in emotions. Initially focused on pure piano arrangements to highlight her written poetry\, she has since embraced a diverse palette of synths and pads\, blending them with classical instruments. Influenced by artists such as London Grammar\, Hooverphonic and Birdy\, she has crafted a distinct\, theatrical sound. \nCurrently studying music in Berlin\, ANNALEA DOROTHEE continues to explore her creative playground\, using the vibrant city as a muse\, something one can absorb in her newest songs.
