DESCRIPTION:Indie Pop Music at it’s best!\n\n\nBar BoBu proudly presents live on stage: \n \nLAVINE \nand \nNEVIN \n \nEP RELEASE SHOW \n \ndoors: 19h \ndonation based \n \nLavine is a Danish indie pop duo based in Berlin\, blending cinematic soundscapes with intimate\, emotional storytelling. Formed by Emma Geyti and Rasmus Volden\, Lavine has just ten months after their first live performance—toured internationally across five countries\, supporting acclaimed acts such as Blue Foundation\, Cari Cari\, Isaac Roux\, and Charlotte OC. Their sound merges organic textures with electronic elements\, shaped by their shared background in visual arts and filmmaking. With lush guitars\, ambient synths\, and heartfelt vocals\, Lavine’s music explores themes of identity\, belonging\, and human vulnerability. The duo is fiercely independent\, building every element of Lavine’s creative universe themselves. With Emma’s background from the Barcelona Academy of Art and Rasmus’ education in film and motion design in Berlin—combined with his earlier career as a professional musician and manager for established Danish acts—Lavine operates as a fully self-sufficient creative engine. They write\, produce\, design\, and manage everything in-house\, driven by a shared belief that artistic autonomy fuels authenticity. Every detail\, from songwriting to visual storytelling\, is crafted with care and intention. \n \nNevin is a Dutch artist crafting dreamy indie pop with a raw\, emotional edge. Her music moves gracefully between melancholy and strength\, capturing the balance between vulnerability and power in a way that resonates deeply both live and on record. In 2023\, Nevin made her mark as OOR Talent during the Popronde and sharing stages with artists such as Feeder and Circuit des Yeux. On November 7\, she unveiled her long-awaited EP Grand Parade with a mesmerizing release show at the Melkweg. The EP was warmly received and confirmed her place as one of the most compelling new voices in the Dutch indie scene. \nLefuturewave wrote: “Nevin has all the makings of being the superstar of tomorrow. She cannot really be compared to anyone\, her music is that unique. ”

DESCRIPTION:A stand up comedy special featuring the best performers Berlin has to offer! Join us for an unforgettable evening!\n\n\nShow is in English \nDoors 8pm \nShow 8:30pm \nThe Wall Comedy Club was founded on a simple idea\, that literally everything can turn into a joke that can help make people’s days a bit brighter. From our capacity (69 lol)\, to our mistake in asking the German government for permission to build a new Berlin Wall\, (and they approved for some reason!)\, we’d like to invite you to a celebration of how far the stand up comedy scene has grown in the last few years in Berlin. \n \nWhat can you expect from the show? We’ve invited some of the best international comedians who perform regularly in Berlin and throughout Europe for a two hour stand up comedy show. We have a lovely bar with drinks and cocktails and will take a 15 minute intermission roughly half way through the show. If you want to see some of the best Stand Up Comedy in Berlin\, this event is for you! \n \nAbout the Club: The Wall Comedy was founded in January 2020\, truly the best (or worst if you have ever heard of something called „the news“) time. We have stand up shows every day apart from Monday and all the shows are in English except for one show on Sundays which is in German. Our goal is to help grow the stand up community in English and create a truly open space for comedians to shine. \n \nWhat about refunds? Do you do them? And Can I pay with a credit card? Yes to both! We ask that if you request a refund\, you give at least one-day notice so we have time to process it. If you try to refund too close to the event\, we might not see it and can’t refund a ticket within a couple hours of the event. Oh\, and we definitely take cards. \n \nWhat are the ticket options/what if I want to buy at the door? We can sell you tickets at the door\, but only if we aren’t sold out. If you see the event is sold out online\, we won’t have any tickets available at the door. However\, if we do have open space\, we sell tickets for €20 at the door! And we have an early bird ticket which you can buy for the old price up to a week in advance for the show or a group ticket that you can buy with groups of 4 or larger. \n \nWhere are we located and when do we open? We are located right at Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain. We open at 8pm and the show will start at 8:30pm. If you are looking for something to do before the show\, there is park nearby and a ton of restaurants and activities. We are even close to the East Side Gallery if you want to look at Berlin’s original Wall before dropping by the Wall Comedy Club! \n \nWe look forward to seeing you!
